the price for the 2 bedroom unit was acceptable during my stay

the unit I book was a 2 bedroom which comes with a small kitchen top was not properly clean. stains frm coffee tat was spilled was still there and also in the fridge. 1 of the aircon in the room was poorly positioned n installed resulting it to blowing to the door entrance instead of the bed area. kids ended up feeling hot during the nite.

Staff was helpful and was able to arrange to keep my food stuff in a fridge elsewhere since the fridge in the room was not working.

Furniture was poorly maintained, looks old and dank. Lighting was poor and the whole room was dimly lit and not in a good way. The refrigerator was filthy and not working.

The king suite was big. For the money that you pay it is exceptional value for money. Good comfortable bed. Cold air-conditioning and hot shower. Plenty of privacy as the suite is pretty self-contained.

Check in time could be improved as I waited 15 mins to be served and there only 2 visitors in front of me in the queue. Parking entrance was abysmally small and narrow. If you're driving a D-segment car or SUV, you need to be very careful lest you scratch your car. Poor location. The hotel is based in an industrial area and there are no entertainment outlets or malls that are within walking distance. Then again, it is also located near to the highway which is a plus point if you're more concerned about accessibility.

The location was good, we did not have much hassle getting to the place after getting off the highway. Free parking. The staffs were good and polite. Checkin process was fast. Our room card did not work despite trying out several times and the maintenance team immediately attended to our problem. The room was spacious.

The lift connecting the basement parking lot and the reception was broken. There was no prior notice of this (had there was we would have our car parked on other floor) and no help given (so we had to carry our bulky suitcases up to the ground floor via staircases). It was categorised as a 4 stars accommodation and so I did not expect to see unfurnished cement staircase (basement to ground floor) and cracked tiles. Even in the shower room I found a faulty (and cracked) window with its loosened handle and screw left on the side of it. We did not expect much due to the price but the room's cleanliness is something that bothered us. Although the room and beds were reasonably clean, there were visible dust at the corner. Our feet got dirty after waking in the room for some times. We had been sneezing for the whole night. Further, the facilities and toiletries provided were simply not up to the par. We were a group of four but only two bottles of water were provided. Only one soap was given (no shampoo nor conditioner). These were just minor issues but they just could not make it right. Regret not paying a little bit more to get a true 4 star hotel!

Location was far from main city - Sunway Noise from passing vehicles could be heard till top floor - 11th floor Not much to do around the area.

The location is shah alam certainly not subang jaya as stated . The hotel is far from town and commercial areas. Cleanliness is very poor. The windows are dusty, housekeeping staff did not even bother to replace the bed sheet or provide new bar of soap.

the quality of breakfast is under expectation. Hope can be improve especially for my oversea friends.

the room is moisture. Its has a moldy smell at every time when steps into the room.

The room is so spacious. Got pantry and what i like the most is the work station. Perfect for work travel.

The air conditioner nearest with the bed is controlled and i think is centralized as once I adjust the temp, it turns back to 25c with auto fan, (read: 0 fan). I cannot enjoy my sleep because its a bit warm as it was set to 25c, throughout the night. Overall, is okay.

Room service staff rude. I stay in Nexus many times per year. This was my worst experience with the staff. I'm also a hotelier with the Hilton group but we DON'T treat guest this,way

I prefer to hve nearer shopping mall, good restaurants within walking distance..

It's far from everything.. Such as restaurants, shopping Centre.. But it is convenient for those hve cars. There is no walking distance mall nor restaurant.
